Per FL Statutes 718.116, the association has up to 10 business days to provide an estoppel after receiving the request and payment for service is made. If an estoppel certificate is requested on an expedited basis (3 business days) an additional fee of $119 will apply. If a delinquent amount is owed to the association for the applicable unit, an additional fee of $179 will apply.

Estoppel Fees:  Standard - $250      Rush (3 business days) - $369     Delinquent Account - $429

Questionnaire Fee: (non-refundable) $150

If a “Sufficient Funds Affidavit” is required for the sale or transfer of unit, please e-mail copies of open “Notices of Commencement” and your affidavit to be completed
